Wicker Park Residence
Single-family home. 4,200 sf. Reclaimed brick facade with blackened steel framing. Completed 2024.
Lincoln Park Townhouse
Three-unit development. Board-formed concrete and white oak. Completed 2022.
Cultural
Logan Square Cultural Center
Community arts center. 12,000 sf adaptive reuse of a 1920s warehouse. The original timber trusses and brick walls were preserved and exposed, forming the primary interior finish. New insertions in blackened steel read clearly against the historic fabric.

Fulton Market Office
Speculative office building. 28,000 sf. Glass curtain wall with exposed structural steel. Completed 2023.
West Loop Retail Pavilion
Mixed-use retail and gallery space. Corten steel and polished concrete. Completed 2021.
Adaptive Reuse
Pilsen Loft Conversion
Former printing facility converted to eight residential lofts. 16,000 sf. Original timber structure preserved. The new work -- concrete floors, steel mezzanines, floor-to-ceiling glazing -- defers to the existing building while providing contemporary livability.
